A proven government affairs and business development leader, Martin J. Milita serves as a senior director with Duane Morris Government Strategies (DMGS). As an attorney-at-law, he provides client-directed services in areas spanning government lobbying, crisis communications, and administrative lobbying. Martin J. Milita is part of a firm that operates ancillary to the leading international law practice Duane Morris, LLP, and assists US and foreign clients in navigating federal, state, and local level regulations. Representative clients include defense contractors, economic development agencies, and Fortune 500 companies across areas such as technology, manufacturing, and life sciences.

As Fiore Group Companies CEO from 1997 to 2000, Martin J. Milita guided the corporate turnaround of an entity that delivered solid waste collection, transfer, and transport solutions across 11 New Jersey counties. Throughout much of the 1990s, he engaged in general law practice, with his work as attorney-at-law spanning administrative and environmental law, as well as corporate development and government affairs. In this capacity, he consulted with major legal practices such as Riker Danzig and Sills Cummis.

Martin J. Milita spent nearly a decade in the 1980s as chief deputy attorney general with the NJ Department of Law and Public Safety.
